  • Collection of catalogues on kitchen equipment.
  • Bill of quantities of kitchen equiment

Part IVTender Evaluation

  • Scanning, accessing and evaluating tender documents respective to kitchen requirement specification.


Stage 2

Part IConstruction Period

  • Periodic site inspection and verification of site requirement

Part IISupervision and Co-ordination work at site

  • Site-coordination, supervision and inspection of handling over of kitchen equipment complete with operational manual, parts manual and warranty certification of equipment to client representative.
